JIMS offers Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India . A common placement cell has been set up with an objective to provide placements to all the students pursuing PGDM programme with JIMS. JIMS has a collaborative arrangement with reputed Firms for the students' Summer Internships and it strives to maintain the quality by creating a global academic environment with cross cultural interactions and Innovative Pedagogy methodologies adopted to groom the students for the Industry.

*Selection Procedure :

To become a part of JIMS, the students have to undergo a rigorous, and comprehensive selection procedure. Only those with exceptional management potential are selected and groomed through the scientifically designed academic programmes.

For PGDM , the students are shortlisted from the results of CAT & MAT on the basis of the cut-off scores.

The selection process involves, Group Discussion and rounds of Personal Interview.

Applicants are judged on parameters, such as speed , attitude and proficiency in English language. Work experience , goal orientation ,team and leadership skills also carry weightage.

*Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (50% or above) + valid CAT /MAT Examination Score .
